What I do

I deliberately develop and / or build on individuals' leadership roles, contributions, skills and behaviours. I observe and give feedback to individuals on their behaviour and contributions.

I make sure clients take time out to:

  • think
  • stand back, reflect on and learn from relevant experiences
  • think strategically - ahead, widely, differently
