Experience

I have worked in all sectors in the UK and also abroad. I have long-term relationships with many of my clients, and I'm often asked back at times of difficulty or of significant stretch for the individual or teams. I mainly, but not exclusively, work with top level executives wanting / needing to develop their leadership skills and experience. My approach is to be straightforward - to identify and build on strengths, to make explicit any behaviour that needs to be changed and how, to encourage and nurture understanding and deliberate use of difference.
