What I do

  • assess performance with both Executive and non-Executive Boards, judging against their organisation's aims and standards, their own and those of the outside world where relevant
  • clarify roles and responsibilities within the Board and between the Board, the executive and other stakeholders
  • make an audit of skills, experience, expertise known and needed in those groups / teams
  • assess individual performance and contributions - skills, experience, qualities - in the context of their agreed model of leadership for the future, and then coach individuals and the Board / team as a whole to make such changes as they determine to be necessary.
