Experience

I have worked with a number of Boards and Executives to explore the contribution of each of these to the direction and performance of an organisation. This has enabled exploration of skills and experience needed to make the relevant contributions as well as helped to clarify the different roles and responsibilities of a Board and an Executive. It has also provided a framework for self-appraisal on the part of Boards. One part of this work frequently is to give feedback to individual members about their particular performance and contributions.
